An Update

Dear Friends,I hope you are well and are so far having a great Holiday season, with lots of contentment on "Black Friday" and tons of equanimity on "Cyber Monday." If you are anywhere near NYC, I'd love to see you forIDP's Legendary (yes, legendary) Holiday Party on Sunday December 9 with several very special guests. We've been an organization for 5 years, which I'm told is quite an accomplishment, so please support if you can. My last lecture of 2012 will be at the Shambhala Center on Tues, December 11.
